Damages or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us right away at support@ saidatoyelude@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item first. Once your return is approved and refunded, you can place a new order for the desired size or color.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note, depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
